WorkInGreece.io, in collaboration with a leading industrial company in Northern Greece, THRACE GROUP is looking for Machine Operators for long-term career opportunities in Greece.

 Salary & Extra Payments

• Estimated NET salary: around 981€/month (including night shifts & holidays)
• Night Shift Bonus: +25%
• Sunday & Holiday Bonus: +75%
• 14 salaries per year (Christmas bonus + Easter/Vacation bonus)

 Estimated Total Annual NET Income:
• Around 13,700€ – 14,000€ NET per year
• 20 DAYS ANNUAL PAID LEAVE
• PAID SICK LEAVE

Main Duties
• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Support factory production operations
• Perform manual handling and machine-related tasks
• Follow production and quality procedures
• Follow all health & safety regulations
• Work together with supervisors and production teams

Requirements
• Previous factory or industrial experience is an advantage
• Good physical condition
• Ability to work in rotating shifts
• Basic English communication skills
• Basic Greek is considered an advantage
• Responsible and team-oriented personality
• Ability to follow workplace instructions and procedures
