Job Description
As a member of the Service team, you will be responsible for providing impeccable service to guests in the restaurant and bar, contributing to a pleasant and memorable dining experience.

Main Responsibilities

• welcoming and serving guests professionally
• presenting the menu and providing information about food and beverages
• taking and recording orders, serving food and drinks promptly and attentively
• maintaining tables and cleanliness of the area
• handling complaints politely and effectively
• adhering to hygiene and safety standards
• collaborating with the kitchen and bar

Required Qualifications

• previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel
• excellent command of English
• strong communication skills
• ability to work under pressure and teamwork
• previous experience in a similar position is considered an asset
