JOB OVERVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Skilled Construction & Technical Worker<\/strong> for a permanent, full-time position in Athens<\/strong>, Greece.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate should have previous hands-on experience<\/strong> in construction and building works<\/strong>. Candidates with experience in stonework<\/strong>, stone masonry, or working with natural stone will be particularly preferred<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

Candidates with a practical mechanical or electrical background may also be considered,<\/strong> especially if they have hands-on experience with technical works<\/strong>, installations, maintenance, tools, or construction-site activities.<\/p>\n

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Performing and supporting general construction and building works
\n\u2022 Assisting with masonry, wall construction, repairs, and other building activities
\n\u2022 Supporting stonework and stone construction, where required<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Preparing and handling construction materials
\n\u2022 Mixing and applying cement, mortar, and other building materials
\n\u2022 Using hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
\n\u2022 Supporting technical, mechanical, or electrical works according to previous experience
\n\u2022 Assisting skilled construction workers and technicians
\n\u2022 Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
\n\u2022 Preparing and maintaining clean and safe working areas
\n\u2022 Properly handling and organizing tools, materials, and equipment
\n\u2022 Following supervisors\u2019 instructions and project requirements
\n\u2022 Complying with workplace health and safety procedures<\/p>\n

CANDIDATE PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Previous hands-on experience in construction \/ building works<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Experience in stonework \/ stone masonry is a strong advantage<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Candidates with a practical mechanical or electrical background may also be considered<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Experience using hand tools and power tools
\n\u2022 Good practical and technical skills
\n\u2022 Ability to perform physically demanding work
\n\u2022 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
\n\u2022 Reliability, consistency, and a responsible attitude toward work
\n\u2022 Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor construction environments<\/p>\n
