DESCRIPTION:Springboard is a free\, online\, three-month professional training program designed to support the professional integration of refugee women and asylum seekers into the tech and digital job market. \nThe program provides specialized training in key technical fields\, including web development\, software testing\, cybersecurity\, data analysis\, and project management. Through Springboard\, participants gain valuable skills\, expand their professional network\, and increase their career opportunities in the digital sector. \nEligibility Criteria:\nTo be eligible for Springboard\, applicants must: \nIdentify as a woman.\nHold refugee status\, asylum seeker status\, or another form of international protection.\nReside in Greece.\nBe university-educated and 18+ years old.\nHave at least B1-level English proficiency.\nPossess basic or higher-level tech skills.\nBe available every Wednesday from 18:00 to 20:00.\nTo ensure accessibility\, Sistech provides support such as free laptops\, WiFi access\, babysitting services\, Greek language courses\, and psychosocial support. \nApplication & Program Timeline:\n📅Applications are open from March 12 to April 9\n🚀The program starts on May 21. \nInterested applicants can apply at: https://sis.tech/apply/.\nFor more information or inquiries\, they can contact our team via email at greece@sis.tech. \nSpringboard is a professional training program powered by Sistech.
