WorkInGreece.io, in collaboration with FLEXOPACK, is looking for Machine Operators for industrial production facilities in Greece.

Position: Machine Operator
🔹 Location: Athens, Greece
🔹 Industry: Industrial Manufacturing / Packaging Production
🔹 Employment: Full-time / Permanent Job
🔹 Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts (24/7 operation) with rolling days off

Main Duties:
• Operate and monitor production machines
• Support production and manufacturing process
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Report technical or machine issues to supervisors
• Work together with the production team

Requirements:
• Experience in factory / production environment is an advantage
• Good physical condition
• Responsible and team-oriented attitude
• Basic English preferred
• Ability to work in shifts

 Salary & Benefits:
• €900 net/month
• Night shift allowance: +25%
• Sunday & holiday work allowance: +75%
• Saturday allowance according to shift schedule
• 14 salaries per year
• Meal card: €121/month
• Monthly metro/bus card
• Company bus service from the nearest metro station
• Full insurance according to Greek labor law
