Atrium Hotel in Skiathos is looking for a Chef B to join our kitchen team for the current season. At Atrium, we consider the culinary experience a key element of hospitality, and we seek professionals with a passion for cooking and a strong focus on quality.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to the Chef’s instructions
- managing assigned work stations
- checking the quality of raw materials
- adhering to hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
Required Qualifications
- previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant
- knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- ability to work under pressure
- responsibility with strong organizational skills
