CHEF B Full Time Seasonal

Atrium Hotel in Skiathos is looking for a Chef B to join our kitchen team for the current season. At Atrium, we consider the culinary experience a key element of hospitality, and we seek professionals with a passion for cooking and a strong focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes according to the Chef’s instructions
• managing assigned work stations
• checking the quality of raw materials
• adhering to hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)

Required Qualifications

• previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant
• knowledge of basic cooking techniques
• ability to work under pressure
• responsibility with strong organizational skills
