The four-star Atrium Hotel is a family run property situated on the lush island of Skiathos, in full harmony with the landscape. Built amphitheatrically on a scenic pine covered hillside and above the magnificent sandy beach of Agia Paraskevi – Platanias, it features breathtaking panoramic sea views from all rooms and lounges. The hotel is looking to hire Cook Assistant / Kitchen Helper for summer season 2025

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and development of recipes
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety rules
• Ensuring the correct presentation of meals.
• Maintaining hygiene and safety rules to ensure a clean kitchen
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position (buffet and a la carte)
• Communication – Flexibility – Teamwork – Creativity
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• Ability to work under pressure
