WorkInGreece.io, in collaboration with Louloudis Supermarkets, is seeking 4 workers for
supermarket roles across the Dodecanese islands (Symi, Rhodes, Karpathos). The positions
include employer-provided accommodation. This is a career job that also includes training.

Position Details
• Role: Shelf Stockers / Cashiers / Fresh Produce & Bakery Staff
• Location: Symi (1), Rhodes (1), Karpathos (2)

• Start Date: 01/06/2026
• Duration: Permanent (not seasonal)
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Duties
• Shelf stocking and product replenishment
• Cashier / point-of-sale operations
• Fresh produce and bakery section support

Qualifications / Candidate Profile
• English (must-have)
• Elementary Greek (advantage)
• Experience in retail/supermarket environment (advantage)
• Adaptability and responsibility
• Ability to follow instructions
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Follow health & safety and food hygiene rules
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: €772 – 800 net monthly + Insurance (IKA) + 2 month’s salary bonus
• Salary reviewed and adjusted regularly based on individual performance and contributions
• Accommodation provided by the company for free
• Partial meal coverage

Working Schedule
• 8 hours per day
• 40–42 hours per week
